Our Polocies......................

1) PACKING. We package every item as if we were the buyers. Our boxes contain a variety of packing materials (popcorn, air bags, etc.), packaged to ensure (as much as is possible) safe delivery of each item. CDs and DVDs are protected as much as possible. We don't just throw anything into a plain manila envelope and hope that it gets to you safely! We don't like to receive our purchases like that, so we package each item as if it were ours.

2) SHIPPING. We only ship via USPS. Because, as buyers, we don't like surprises, we treat OUR buyers the same way. WE GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING for multiple purchases. We will only ship your package to a CONFIRMED U.S. ADDRESS.

3) SHIPPING RATES. Our shipping rates are listed for each item. A combined-rate price has been coded into each listing, and your multiple purchases will be automatically figured during checkout.

4) SHIPPING TIME. We live in Richmond Virginia. We try to go to the USPS every weekday. We will e-mail you as soon as your item ships, just to let you know that it's on the way. Most items are shipped within one day of payment being cleared.

5) ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & QUESTIONS. We are very critical in our item descriptions. Our pictures are photos or scans of the actual products. We only use stock photos if we are selling a brand-new-from-the-manufacturer item (and that's pretty rare). Since we are not dealers in any one thing, we may overlook something in a description that you, as a buyer, need to know. Please don't hesitate to ask; we try to be prompt about answering e-mails.

6) PAYMENT. We accept Google CheckOut, money orders and cashier checks only. All payments must clear before any product or item is shipped. PayPal is not an option on any of our sales. Thanks for your understanding.

7) RETURNS & REFUNDS. Given the unique nature of what we sell, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We are very critical in our descriptions and are very available for answering questions before you bid. Of course, if we find that we have improperly described something, then we will gladly accept the item back and refund your money.

8) INTERNATIONAL SALES. For many reasons, we no longer do any sales outside of the United States. As beforementioned, we only ship to U.S. addresses, and in rare cases to Canada.
